To ensure seamless access to Office 365/Outlook (computer) and all your emails, action will be required by you on September 1, 2022 (new username will be activated on 9/1).

If you are receiving this email, you either work for a company that is having a name change, or you work for a company that requires a username change due to username being tied to the BCFS domain (i.e., td1234@bcfs.net). Your email address will automatically be changed with the username update.

First things first: Please see below to find your NEW suffix. Only the suffix, “@bcfs.net” will be changed, the first part your current username will not change.

Example:

Username: td1234@bcfs.net will change to td1234@firstday.foundation

Email address:    td1234@bcfs.net will change to td1234@firstday.foundation

Next Steps:

· On 9/1/22, you will login into your computer using your NEW username (using your new suffix from above) and using your current login password. Your password will stay the SAME – it will NOT change.

Ø If you are virtual/remote – Utilize the VPN from the login screen, see screenshot, then login with your NEW suffix username.

Ø If you are at an office location and NOT virtual/remote, you login as normal – with your NEW suffix username.

· Other devices (laptops, iPhones and iPads, etc.) will require that you log out and log back in with new username.

Final note:You will still get emails sent to both your old email address and the new email address. However, the old email address will only be active for 6 months.
